吉兰-巴雷综合征又称急性炎症性脱髓鞘性多发性神经炎,此病至今病因不明,笔者近来诊治1例成人水痘并发急性吉兰-巴雷综合征,报道如下。临床资料患者男,22岁。因全身水疱伴瘙痒、无力,低热2天,于2010年6月6日就诊。皮肤科检查:头面部、躯干、四肢向心性散在分布红色针头至绿豆大斑疹、丘疹、丘疱疹、水疱,水疱呈椭圆形,周围绕以红晕,疱液清亮,疱壁薄易破,部分皮损已破溃,口腔黏膜无累及。门诊诊断
