A company once had such a situation: When the economic efficiency of the factory was booming, inspection visits came and the experience came to an end. Leading cadres took people to visit them today and brought them to report tomorrow. One batch followed by one batch, companies could not attend. Fortunately, workers were accustomed to it. They still worked hard and did not affect production. Once the factory has suffered a loss, it will not come, and no one would like to summarize the experience. No one would like to mention the lesson; it was busy and bustling yesterday, and today it was “cold and saddled with horses.” The workers are looking forward to the highest expectations. They wonder why the leading comrades have not come yet. They have also gone to other companies. What should be said? This situation is neither an isolated phenomenon nor a coincidence.
