前不久,中央电视台播发了《99+“1”=0》的新闻,其内容是北京开关厂在厂区醒目的地方,用醒目的大字写着“99+“1”=0”的巨幅标语,以提醒全厂职工在生产质量问题上,如果产品有99项合格,有1项稍差或不合格,其产品即为报废产品。厂里的职工在回答记者的采访时,深情地说,这项措施推出以后,厂里职工部深深地意识到产品质量的重要性,上下一心,厂里年产值由原来的8000万元一下上升到了3.2亿元。这个惊人的变化,使我们联想到,企业的发展,质量是根本的正确性。
