本实验利用HPLC法测定了基础饲料组与补硒饲料组小白鼠肝组织中的GSH含量,结果进行统计学处理,基础饲料组(n=20)的肝硒含量(0.2795μg/g肝)和肝GSH含量(104.04μg/g肝)较补硒组(n=22)的肝硒含量(2.7029μg/g肝)和肝GSH含量(56.80μg/g肝)有显著性差异(P<0.05),表明组织中GSH的含量与微量元素硒具有一定相关性。
