主持人按语:党的十八届三中全会关于“坚持走中国特色新型城镇化道路”的战略,将开启我国社会主义建设的新时代。而这场新的宏大工程所引发的新的社会变革,必将促进成人转化学习的新崛起与新发展。在此意义上,本栏目以新城镇化建设与成人转化学习发展的关系为重点,从新城镇化的人的城镇化、质的城镇化、实的城镇化建设切入,全面回溯我国城镇化建设历程中成人转化学习的兴起与发展,深刻阐释成人转化学习在新城镇化建设中所面临的种种挑战与机遇,以及高校成人教育工作者在其中所肩负的使命与责任,进而揭示出成人转化学习与社会发展之间的本质关联。
