本文综述Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的术前化疗(新辅助化疗)。术前化疗或化疗加放疗可提高Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的瘤块切除率,降低局部复发率,其毒副反应可以接受。
This article reviews preoperative chemotherapy (neoadjuvant chemotherapy) for stage III non-small cell lung cancer. Preoperative chemotherapy or chemotherapy plus radiotherapy can increase the tumor resection rate of stage III non-small cell lung cancer, reduce the local recurrence rate, and its toxic and side effects can be accepted.
