本文检测30例胸腹水的总唾液酸(TSA),及脂质结合唾液酸(LSA),并对其临床意义作初步观察。材料与方法 30例胸腹水分为三组:(1)恶性胸腹水15例,其中肺癌11例、乳腺癌、恶性淋巴瘤、胃癌及原发性肝癌各1例,胸腹水脱落细胞病理腺癌8例、7例未分型。(2)结核性胸水13例,均为渗出液,脱落细胞病理多次检查未见恶性细胞,抗结核治疗有效。(3)肝硬化腹水12例,均为漏出液.检测胸腹水TSA、LSA采用改良硫代巴比妥酸显色法。
In this study, total sialic acid (TSA) and lipid-associated sialic acid (LSA) were detected in 30 cases of pleural effusion and ascites, and their clinical significance was initially observed. Materials and Methods 30 cases of thoraco-abdominal water were divided into three groups: (1) 15 cases of malignant hydrothorax and ascites, 11 cases of lung cancer, 1 case of breast cancer, 1 case of malignant lymphoma, 1 case of gastric cancer and 1 case of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. 8 cases and 7 cases were not classified. (2) 13 cases of tuberculous pleural effusions were all exudates. There were no malignant cells in pathological examination of exfoliated cells and antituberculosis treatment was effective. (3) Ascites in liver cirrhosis was found in 12 cases, all of which were leaking fluids. The detection of thoracic and ascites TSA and LSA was performed with a modified thiobarbituric acid method.
