目的:总结国内外对生物活性肽抗肿瘤机制的研究现状。方法:以“生物活性肽、多肽、肿瘤和细胞凋亡”等为关键词,应用CNKI中文数据库和PubMed英文数据库,检索1998-2008年相关活性肽抗肿瘤方面的文献,共收集142篇关于活性肽方面的文章,纳入标准:1)合成多肽抗肿瘤作用机制的研究;2)生物活性肽抗肿瘤作用机制的研究;3)抗肿瘤药物作用机制研究。根据纳入标准,选取40篇具有代表性的与本研究有关的文献进行分析。结果:生物活性肽可通过抑制肿瘤新生血管生成、调控蛋白降解、干扰肿瘤细胞DNA合成、调控细胞周期及诱导细胞凋亡等多种机制发挥抗肿瘤作用。结论:生物活性肽具有很好的抑制肿瘤生长作用,且毒副反应小,它的开发利用和进一步深入研究具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the current situation of the research on anti-tumor mechanism of bioactive peptides at home and abroad. Methods: Using CNKI Chinese database and PubMed English database, we searched the literature about antitumor activity of active peptides from 1998 to 2008 with the keywords of “bioactive peptide, polypeptide, tumor and apoptosis” and collected 142 articles Articles on active peptides, the inclusion criteria: 1) synthetic peptide anti-tumor mechanism of action; 2) bioactive peptide anti-tumor mechanism of action; 3) anti-tumor drug mechanism of action. According to the inclusion criteria, 40 representative documents related to this study were selected for analysis. Results: Bioactive peptides can exert anti-tumor effects by inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, regulating protein degradation, interfering with DNA synthesis in tumor cells, regulating cell cycle and inducing apoptosis. Conclusion: Bioactive peptide has a good effect of inhibiting tumor growth, and the side effects are small. Its development and utilization and further study are of great significance.
