当前,档案工作已进入新时期,档案利用应着眼为开放式的主动的提供利用,编辑高校年鉴是最好的形式之一,笔者一直从事这项工作,想通过几本年鉴的编撰经验来浅述已见,以期与同行界的前辈们共同商榷。
At present, the archives work has entered a new era. The utilization of archives should be focused on providing open and active use. Editing the Yearbook of Colleges and Universities is one of the best forms.
