我们于93年6月～95年12月在缝线法基础上进行改进,将大范围虹膜根部断离分段修复法应用临床6例,取得满意效果,介绍如下:临床资料 6例患者均为男性,年龄18～35岁,右5眼,左1眼,虹膜根部断离范围100°～160°,均伴有不同程度其它组织损伤,如角膜钝挫伤、前房积血、晶状体半脱位及视网膜出血水肿.外伤时间距手术时间2～8天,手术均在眼前节反应控制后进行.结果,术后瞳孔均恢复圆形,屈光检查无明显散光.其中3例呈外伤性麻痹状态.
