充分发挥资产评估机构的服务、协调、沟通、鉴证和咨询的职能作用,有助于形成军民融合发展“政府主导、需求牵引、市场运作”的运行机制。当前需搞好资产评估行业的统一规划,加大监管和政策扶持力度,深化拓展资产评估业务,为军民融合发展提供规范优质高效服务。推动军民融合深度发展,既要发挥国家主导作用,又要发挥市场的作用。充分发挥资产评估机构的服务、协调、沟通、鉴证和咨询的职能作用,推动军地在基础设施、产业、科技、人才培养、社会服务等领域的深度融合和统筹发展,是当前深入实施军民融合发展战略必须考虑的一个重大课题。
