我省公费医疗预防工作,几年来在各级党、政领导的积极支持和各级卫生行政部门医疗机构以及全体干部的努力下,除个别地区因重视不够,曾有浪费和超支经费现象外,大部分地区执行情况是好的,在既保证干部疾病治疗又不浪费国家经费的前提下,医药费用的支出,不仅没有突破原核定指标,且有一部结余。但近半年来公费医疗预防工作的执行情况却出现了严重的浪费和超支现象,且此种现象是带普遍性的,截至目前为止,已报来的72个专、县、市(占全省专、县、市总数68%),超支款数达29万元之多,这个数字是惊人的,问题是严重的,应引起各级卫生行政医疗部门以及全体干部的重视,否则继续下去,势必严重的影响到我省全体国家工作人员的疾病治疗问题。根据各专、市、县
