通过分析我国以家庭为单位做职业选择的弊端,提出新创的两级职业匹配概念(个性-职业倾向;个人职业方向-社会需求匹配两个层级),指出提高职业匹配度的方法 --职业规划,简介职业规划教育在欧美中学应用。建议在我国中学免费实施职业匹配教育,通过“职业匹配”这只看不见的手,提高学生个性与职业匹配度,引导学生积极投身社会需求的专业方向,减少生源流失,优化生源分布,促使各高校和职院生源质量提高,从而提高教育质量。
