半挂车行走机构轻量化能较大幅度降低半挂车的整备质量。现有半挂车车轴、悬挂和板簧等配件整备质量普遍偏重,对半挂车轻量化技术影响较大。通过理论研究和试验研究其结构设计、材料性能和零部件强度与寿命,形成轻量化研究的技术路线,可充分保证其轻量化后的安全性、可靠性和经济性。从研究和检验得出,三轴半挂车轻量化车轴和悬挂分别比市场上常用的产品能减重90 kg和65 kg,6副4片板簧比7片板簧合计减重120 kg,采用单宽轮胎替双胎能减重774.6 kg,铝合金轮辋(均使用双轮胎)比钢轮辋减重550 kg。整个行走机构轻量化后将减重1 600 kg。由此可见,研究半挂车主要外购部件轻量化技术具有重要的意义。
Semi-trailer walking light weight can significantly reduce the trim quality of semi-trailer. Existing semi-trailer axles, suspension and leaf springs and other accessories are generally heavily curbbled quality, lightweight semi-trailer technology has a greater impact. After the light weight of the entire walkway will lose 1 600 kg. Thus, it is of great significance to study the lightweight technology of the major outsourcing parts for semi-trailer.
