随着我国国民经济的高速发展,人们的生活水平显著提高。温饱问题已经不再是困扰人们日常生活的主要问题。国内旅游行业的迅猛发展,为人们提供了休闲娱乐的又一方式,丰富了人们的假日生活,并受到其广泛的喜爱。但是,随着旅游行业规模的不断扩大,各方面均出现了一定的管理质量问题,其中,游客的预定业务的管理方式就过于陈旧,严重的制约了国内旅游业的未来发展。本文针对这一问题进行分析,建立相关的游客预定业务管理模型,以方便相关工作人员进行参考。
With the rapid development of our national economy, people’s living standards have risen significantly. The problem of food and clothing is no longer the main problem plaguing people’s daily life. The rapid development of the domestic tourism industry has provided people with yet another way of leisure and entertainment, enriched people’s holiday life and enjoyed their widespread love. However, with the continuous expansion of the size of the tourism industry, some aspects of management quality have emerged. Among them, the management of tourists’ scheduled business is too old and severely restricts the future development of the domestic tourism industry. This paper analyzes this issue, the establishment of the relevant tourist booking business management model to facilitate the relevant staff for reference.
