本实验采用电镜细胞化学技术,观察了酸性磷酸酶在发育中大豆子叶细胞内的亚细胞学分布。酸性磷酸酶除分布在细胞核内的部分染色质上,内质网膜上,质体胞质小泡和胞质中,主要积累于蛋白体内。酸性磷酸酶在不同蛋白体内分布有所不同:1)在一部分蛋白体中,酸性磷酸酶均匀散布于蛋白质基质上;2)在另一部分蛋白体内,酸性磷酸酶成簇沉积于其中;3)还有一部分蛋白体,其中央为致密区,边缘为疏松区,酶在边缘疏松区的含量明显高于中央致密区中酶的量。
In this study, electron microscopy cytochemistry was used to observe the subcellular distribution of acid phosphatase in developing soybean cotyledons. Acid phosphatase in addition to distribution in the nucleus part of the chromatin, endoplasmic reticulum membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles and cytoplasm, mainly in the protein body. Acid phosphatase is distributed differently in different proteins: 1) acid phosphatase is homogeneously distributed on the protein matrix in some of the protein bodies; 2) in another part of the protein, acid phosphatase is deposited in clusters; 3) A part of the protein body, the central compact area, the edge of the loose area, the enzyme in the edge of the loose area was significantly higher than the amount of enzyme in the central compact.
