正如“木桶原理”所表述的,如何让班上的每个孩子都能跟上集体的步伐,使那些“短板”尽量地延长,再延长呢?这个问题一直困扰着每位英语教师。英语,作为一门外语,对于中国学生来说,学习起来更易掉队。因此,英语教师更应关注“后进生问题”。但只要教师用心教学,关爱学生,优化教学策略,定会使这一问题得以解决。
