当前,中国保险市场发展十分迅猛,同时也面临多变和不确定的内外部环境,为研究动态能力提供了理想情境。根据国内外最近研究进展,识别保险公司动态能力的构建维度,探索动态能力和保险公司竞争优势之间的关系。通过对三个案例的研究,发现保险公司的动态能力是个多维度聚合构念,包括感知机会和威胁的能力、对新知识的吸收能力、重构资源基础的能力、产品和服务的创新能力。研究的主要贡献是对保险公司动态能力构念的定义和操作化,以及企业动态能力和保险公司竞争优势之间的关系,对我国保险业的持续健康发展有一定的实践参考价值。
At present, China’s insurance market is developing rapidly and is also facing a volatile and uncertain internal and external environment, providing an ideal situation for studying dynamic capabilities. According to recent research progress both at home and abroad, this paper identifies the construction dimension of the dynamic capabilities of insurance companies and explores the relationship between dynamic capabilities and the competitive advantages of insurance companies. Through the study of three cases, it is found that the dynamic capability of insurance company is a multi-dimensional aggregation concept, including the ability to perceive opportunities and threats, the ability to absorb new knowledge, the ability to rebuild the resource base and the product and service innovation ability. The main contribution of the research is the definition and operation of the concept of dynamic capabilities of insurance companies, as well as the relationship between the dynamic capabilities of companies and the competitive advantages of the insurance companies, which has certain practical reference value for the sustained and healthy development of China’s insurance industry.
