迄今应用心脏直接标测最为成功的是对预激综合征的旁道的定位。几个医学中心已有心外膜标测及外科切断旁道取得不同程度成功的报道。心房及心室激动程序的标测,在电生理外科这一新领域中具有非常重要的意义。本文所描述的方法及仪器已于1968年至1977年9月在Duke大学医学中心应用于92例进行预激综合征的手术治疗。
So far, the most successful application of cardiac mapping is the positioning of the bypass of Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. Several medical centers already have epicardium mapping and surgical cut-offs to obtain varying degrees of success. Mapping atrial and ventricular activation programs is of great importance in this new area of electrophysiology. The methods and instrumentalities described herein were applied to 92 patients undergoing pre-excitation syndrome surgery at Duke University Medical Center between 1968 and September 1977.
