近年磁疗广泛试用于临床,对多种病症取得了一定疗效。有个别资料报告,磁疗可控制心绞痛发作,并能显著降低血脂水平。我们以家兔为实验模型,观察了磁珠埋植对实验性动脉粥样硬化和高脂血症的影响,以期了解磁疗的确实疗效和可能机理。实验共分三个部分:1、埋植磁珠对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔主动脉病变面积和胆固醇含量的影响;2、埋植磁珠对饲喂胆固醇所致高脂血症的影响;3、腹膜腔注射磁化葡萄糖生理盐水对正常家兔血清胆固醇含量的影响。
Magnetic therapy in recent years widely used in clinical trial, made a number of symptoms of a certain effect. There are separate reports that magnetic therapy can control the onset of angina and can significantly reduce blood lipid levels. We used rabbit as experimental model to observe the effect of magnetic bead implantation on experimental atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia in order to understand the exact effect and possible mechanism of magnetic therapy. Experiment is divided into three parts: 1, embedded magnetic beads on experimental atherosclerotic rabbit aortic lesion area and cholesterol content; 2, embedded magnetic beads on cholesterol-induced hyperlipidemia ; 3, intraperitoneal injection of magnetized glucose saline on the normal rabbit serum cholesterol levels.
