新课改要求教师在教学活动中必须实现角色的转变,坚持以学生为主体,教师为主导,使学生由被动地接受知识变为主动地探索知识。尤其初中学习阶段,学生层次逐渐参差不齐,很多学生在课堂中反应冷淡,我们的语文课堂日渐沉闷,学习效率较低。为此,要提高课堂教学效率,就得让课堂充满活力,激发全体学生的学习兴趣。它要求广大教师在语文课堂教学中多思考、多探索、多研究。
