2012年5月发布的《建设纺织强国纲要(2011~2020年)》是纺织工业发布的首个10年中长期发展规划纲要。对纺织行业而言,这10年是一个十分特殊而关键的发展阶段。从更长远的角度对行业发展进行统筹部署,具有十分重要的意义。本刊6月号对《纲要》发布的背景、内容、指导思想、目标及意义进行了全面报道,本期将从《纲要》的主线——对产业核心竞争力具有主要支撑作用的科学技术进步、品牌建设、可持续发展和人才队伍建设这四大核心任务进行全面解析。
In May 2012, the “Outline of Building Powerful Countries in Textile (from 2011 to 2020)” was the first 10-year long-term development plan released by the textile industry.
