扁桃体周围脓肿的致病菌一般多认为是需氧菌。由于其感染位于与外界空气隔绝的扁桃体周围间隙内,因此由厌氧菌致病亦属可能。为了更好地选用抗菌药物,作者对30例扁桃体周围脓肿的病原菌作了分析研究。为了避免口腔中细菌的污染和病菌接触空气,作者以空针穿刺抽得脓液,然后分别作需氧和厌氧培养。检验结果:①培养出9个菌种,43个菌株,其中需氧菌3种,厌氧菌6种。②30例中需氧菌感染7例(23.3%),厌氧菌感染15例(50%),需氧和厌氧菌混合感染8例(26.7%)。③需氧菌中以(乙型)溶血性链球菌A族(27.9%)
Amyotrophic bacteria around the abscess generally think of aerobic bacteria. Anaerobic pathogenesis is also possible because of its presence in the space around the amygdala that is isolated from the outside air. In order to better use antibacterial drugs, the author of 30 cases of pathogenic bacteria of tonsillar abscess were analyzed. In order to avoid bacterial contamination in the oral cavity and exposure of germs to the air, the authors puncture pus with an empty needle and perform aerobic and anaerobic culture respectively. Test results: ① cultivated 9 strains, 43 strains, of which 3 kinds of aerobic bacteria, 6 kinds of anaerobic bacteria. ② In 30 cases, aerobic infections were found in 7 cases (23.3%), anaerobic infections in 15 cases (50%), mixed aerobic and anaerobic infections in 8 cases (26.7%). ③ aerobic bacteria to (B) hemolytic streptococcus A (27.9%)
