广西的疟疾流行以山地丘陵区为主,主要传疟媒介为微小按蚊。用杀虫剂室内喷洒为主的综合性防治措施,能有效地控制微小按蚊,降低新感染率,从而控制流行。 目前恶性疟、间日疟和三日疟的发病率皆已明显下降,总的发病率降到3.4/万,三日疟已极为罕见,恶性疟流行区已大为减少,但在残存的恶性疟病原点已证明有抗氯喹恶性疟出现。 今后的抗疟措施应着重在新病例的发现和根治,部分疟疾高发区应加强室内滞留喷洒,并大力消灭抗氯喹恶性疟。
The prevalence of malaria in Guangxi is dominated by hilly areas, with the main transmission vector for malaria being Anopheles minimus. Indoor spraying with insecticides-based comprehensive prevention and control measures, can effectively control the small Anopheles, reduce the rate of new infections, and thus control the epidemic. At present, the incidence of falciparum malaria, Plasmodium vivax and Malaria malaria have all dropped significantly. The overall incidence rate has dropped to 3.4 / 10,000. Malaria on the 3rd is extremely rare and the epidemic area of Plasmodium falciparum has been greatly reduced. However, The origin of malaria has been shown to be resistant to chloroquine-resistant falciparum malaria. Future anti-malaria measures should focus on the discovery and cure of new cases. Some malaria-prone areas should be strengthened indoor spraying, and vigorously eliminate anti-chloroquine falciparum malaria.
