本文对丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液致低血压性休克1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,51岁。因冠心病、心绞痛来我中心输液治疗。既往有低血压病史,否认有药物过敏史。查体:BP 90/60 mm Hg,P66次/min,R 20次/min,神志清楚,语言流利。双肺清,心音正常,心电图示:窦性心律,V1~V6T波倒置,心肌酶谱均阴性。给予氯化钠溶液250 ml+丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液60 mg(上海第一生化药业有限公司,药品批号:100721)静脉滴注
In this paper, tanshinone Ⅱ A sodium sulfonate injection induced hypotension one case of shock as follows. 1 medical record summary female, 51 years old. Due to coronary heart disease, angina pectoris to my center infusion treatment. Past history of hypotension, denied a history of drug allergies. Physical examination: BP 90/60 mm Hg, P66 times / min, R 20 times / min, conscious, fluent language. Clear lungs, heart sounds normal, ECG shows: sinus rhythm, V1 ~ V6T wave inversion, myocardial enzymes were negative. Give sodium chloride solution 250 ml + tanshinone Ⅱ A sodium sulfonate injection 60 mg (Shanghai First Biochemical Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., lot number: 100721) intravenous infusion
