广州国际金融中心(广州西塔)矗立在未来广州城市的新中轴线上,建筑物总高度441m,为华南第一高楼,总建筑面积45万m2;地下室4层(局部夹层5层),面积11万m2,主要为停车库及地下广场和设备用房;地上103层,屋面直升机平台高度440.75m,面积24.9万m2,70层以下为智能甲级写字楼、以上为白金五星级酒店。广州国际金融中心工程由中国建筑总公司和广州市建筑集团有限公司施工总承包联合体施工,项目总工期为1007天,是世界同类结构工程中工期最紧张的项目之一。该项目于2008年12月30日主体结构成功封顶,顺利实现合同约定的结构封顶的工期节点目标。
The Guangzhou International Financial Center (Guangzhou West Tower) stands on the new central axis of Guangzhou City in the future with a total building height of 441m, the tallest building in South China with a total GFA of 450,000 m2. The basement has 4 floors (5 floors of local mezzanine) and an area of 11 Wan m2, mainly for parking and underground plaza and equipment room; 103 above ground, roof helicopter platform height 440.75m, an area of 249000 m2, 70 floors below the intelligent grade A office, above is platinum five-star hotel. The construction of Guangzhou International Financial Center Project by China State Construction Engineering Corporation and Guangzhou Construction Group Co., Ltd. is a construction general contracting consortium with a total construction period of 1007 days. It is one of the projects with the most intense construction period in the world. The project successfully capped the main structure on December 30, 2008, and successfully achieved the target of construction period node covered by the contract.
