采用小剂量137Csγ射线慢性整体照射雄性小鼠(D1照射),分别于D1照后24h、30d给予较大剂量X射线照射(D2照射),通过分析其初级精母细胞的染色体畸变,观察预先小剂量照射对第二次大剂量照射损伤的影响。结果表明,小剂量γ射线预先照射能够明显降低随后大剂量照射所致的染色体损伤,即诱导了小鼠生殖细胞的适应性反应。
A small dose of 137Csγ-ray irradiation was used to illuminate the whole body of mice (D1 irradiation). The mice were irradiated with high dose X-ray irradiation (D2 irradiation) 24 h and 30 d after D1 irradiation respectively. Chromosome aberrations of primary spermatocytes were analyzed. Effect of Dose Irradiation on the Second High Dose Irradiation Injury. The results showed that pre-irradiation with low-dose γ-rays could significantly reduce the chromosomal damage induced by high dose irradiation, which induced the adaptive response of mouse germ cells.
