我作档案工作仅有近一年的历史,因此,对档案工作无論在实踐方面或是在理論上都懂得很少。但是在实际工作中遇到的問题却很多。甚至感到無法解决。可以这样说,档案工作也曾使人欢乐,但也使人有無法说出的苦衷。我觉得档案工作上存在的最大的問題是自上而下的教条主义,盲目机械地搬外国东西,脫离中国实践。苏联的經驗好不好呢?有些好有些不好,在苏联好在中国就可能不好。目前全国档案工作情况是“头大腰粗脚尖”,如何解釋?中央有档案局,好几十人(或許不只此数),省有处,10余人,專、县
