近年来,各地贯彻落实中央新农村建设和改善农村人居环境的部署,积极推进乡村规划编制和管理,取得了一定成效。但从全国来看,乡村无规划、乡村建设无序的问题仍然严重,乡村规划照搬城市规划理念和方法、脱离农村实际、实用性差的问题更为普遍。为扭转这一局面,全面有效推进乡村规划工作,满足新农村建设需要,根据《国务院办公厅关于改善农村人居环境的指导意见》(国办发[2014]25号)关于"规
In recent years, various localities have carried out the new rural reconstruction of the Central Government and the arrangements for improving the living environment in rural areas, and actively promoted the formulation and management of rural planning, which achieved some success. However, judging from the national point of view, the problems of rural planning and disorderly rural construction are still serious. The problems of poor practicability are more common when rural planning copies the ideas and methods of urban planning, getting out of the reality in rural areas. In order to reverse this situation, we will comprehensively and effectively promote rural planning and meet the needs of building new rural areas.
