前牙常因外伤致牙冠横形折断,影响患者的咀嚼功能,发音及外形美观,患者均有立即修复断冠恢复其正常功能的迫切愿望。以往我们对断冠的处理一般采取拔牙或根管充填椿冠修复,拔牙术简单易行,但造成缺牙,日后假牙修复功能不如真牙。椿冠虽可恢复其功能,但磨除牙体组织太多,操作较为复杂。因此我科近一年来采用断冠再接,一次完成患牙治疗,效果满意,介绍如下。一、操作方法及典型病例简介。操作方法: 2％普鲁卡因局麻下拔髓,扩大根管呈扩大针6号。3％双氧水和生理盐水将根管中血液冲洗干净,樟脑酚消毒根管并用热气吹干,牙胶尖+磷酸锌粘固粉糊剂根管充填。
