目的:评价应用单极宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉(EM P)的疗效性及安全性。方法:我院2006-08/2008-05行宫腔镜电切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉65例。结果:术中膨宫液5%葡萄糖液总量为1 500~3 500(平均2 300)m l,手术时间30~50(平均45)m in,术中出血量10~20 m l,平均住院天数为3~5 d。术后6个月内随访,其中有6例失访,其余59例术后经阴超检查均未发现子宫内膜息肉复发。结论:应用宫腔镜切除子宫内膜息肉具有不开腹、创伤小、保留子宫、住院时间短、易推广等优点。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of monopolar hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps (EM P). Methods: Hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps in our hospital from August 2006 to May 2008 was performed in 65 cases. Results: The total volume of 5% glucose solution during operation was 1 500-3 500 (average 2 300) ml, operation time 30-50 (average 45) m in, intraoperative blood loss 10-20 ml, average length of stay For 3 ~ 5 d. Six patients were followed up within 6 months, of which 6 were lost to follow-up. The remaining 59 patients had no recurrence of endometrial polyps after transvaginal ultrasonography. Conclusion: Hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps with no laparotomy, trauma, retention of the uterus, hospitalization time is short, easy to promote and so on.
