西藏电力有限公司成立仅仅5年,却一直走在与国家电网公司各项制度、规范接轨的路上,走在与公司系统内优秀兄弟单位对标的路上。尽管仍然存在人员短缺、员工素质相对较低、管理不够规范等问题,但西藏电网人用实际行动表明,“三集五大”体系建设的标准在这里一点也没有降低。
Only five years after the founding of Tibet Power Co., Ltd., it has been on the way of aligning with the various systems and specifications of State Grid Corporation of China and walking on the path of benchmarking with excellent fraternal units within the company’s system. Despite the shortage of staff, the relatively low quality of staff and the poor standardization of management, the actual use of Tibet’s power grids shows that the standards for the construction of the “three big and five big” systems have not diminished here.
