目的探讨利伐沙班对LDH术后双下肢深静脉血栓的影响效果。方法将120例LDH术后患者分成三组,均为LDH髓核摘除术后患者。A组应用足底泵治疗,B组应用低分子肝素类药物,C组应用利伐沙班药物,比较三组间的效果差异。结果术后7d、10dC组效果明显优于A、B组,疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后随访无明显差异。结论利伐沙班能有效预防LDH术后双下肢深静脉血栓的发生,且因口服简单、方便,患者无任何痛苦。
Objective To investigate the effect of rivaroxaban on post-LDH deep venous thrombosis. Methods One hundred and twenty LDH patients were divided into three groups, all of whom were patients after LDH discectomy. Group A was treated with foot pump, low molecular weight heparin was used in group B, and rivaroxaban was used in group C, and the differences between the three groups were compared. Results The postoperative 7d, 10dC group was significantly better than the A, B group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). No significant difference after follow-up. Conclusion Rivaroxaban can effectively prevent the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of both lower extremities after LDH. Because of its simple and convenient oral administration, the patient has no pain.
