随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,面时WTO带来的机遇和挑战,越来越多的企业意识到要利用信息技术增强企业的核心竞争力,来迎接世界跨国公司的竞争。ERP就是大多数公司所选择的工具之一。可以说,企业信息化是企业增强国际竞争力的关键因素之一,而企业信息化的基础就是ERP的导入。油田企业作为中国企业中的一支主力军,先后引入先进的ERP系统。本文首先介绍油田企业ERP管理系统的实施情况,随后分析系统实施后对企业效益、管理水平的影响,最后提出系统运用中的一些思考。
With the acceleration of global economic integration and the opportunities and challenges brought by the WTO, more and more enterprises are realizing that they should make use of information technology to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises so as to meet the competition of transnational corporations in the world. ERP is one of the tools that most companies choose. It can be said that enterprise information technology is one of the key factors for enterprises to enhance their international competitiveness. The basis of enterprise informationization is the introduction of ERP. Oilfield enterprises as a main force in Chinese enterprises, has introduced advanced ERP system. This paper first introduces the implementation of ERP system in oilfield enterprises, and then analyzes the impact of the implementation of the system on enterprise efficiency and management level, and finally puts forward some considerations in the system application.
