通过ELISA试验、半抗原抑制试验和PCA试验,对头孢菌素抗原决定簇中抗体结合位点进行分析。认为头孢菌素抗原决定簇中至少有三个抗体结合位点:7位R_1侧链中的R_A、R_B位点和β—内酰胺结构形成的C位点。任何一个位点结构的改变,都将影响抗原—抗体反应的发生。
Antibody binding sites in cephalosporin epitopes were analyzed by ELISA, hapten inhibition and PCA assays. It is considered that there are at least three antibody binding sites in the cephalosporin epitope: the R_A and R_B sites in the 7 R_1 sidechain and the C site formed by the β-lactam structure. Changes in the structure of any one site will affect the antigen - antibody response.
