随着高层建筑的不断增多,自升式塔机由于具有顶升、装拆便利等特点,得到了普遍发展。无论采用何种顶升方法都需要顶升套架,本文以单边顶升式套架为例,介绍其在顶升工况下的计算方法,也适用于其它形式的套架。一、计算工况和载荷顶升工况时塔机严禁回转,吊钩可吊一定平衡配重使塔身回转轴承及支承平台以上部分重量的重心作用在油缸顶升的轴线上。此时套架(图1)承受的主要载荷有: 1.上部自重包括臂架、平衡臂、塔帽、拉杆、回转平台、塔身上部和待推入的一节标准节。
