目前国内港口工程市场竞争激烈,企业盈利空间越来越小,工程成本的控制对于提高施工企业市场竞争力具有重要意义。工程成本控制涉及到工程施工的每一个环节,如何通过有效的管理措施降低建筑工程的成本支出成为建筑企业发展与壮大的重要措施。本文以某外海码头为例,通过对成本的分析,探讨了在施工过程中成本控制采取的措施及取得的效果。本文作者现任职务成本控制部科员,该文章写于2015年11月。
At present, the competition in domestic port engineering market is fierce and the profit margin of enterprises is getting smaller and smaller. The control of construction cost is of great significance for improving the market competitiveness of construction enterprises. Engineering cost control involves every aspect of construction. How to reduce the cost of construction through effective management measures has become an important measure for the development and expansion of construction enterprises. In this paper, an offshore terminal as an example, through the analysis of costs, the cost control in the construction process to take measures and the results achieved.
