本研究比较了卡托普利(开博通,朝鲜施贵宝产)单用及并用双氢克尿塞(HCTZ)开博噻嗪、朝鲜施贵宝产)在朝鲜族病人中的疗效及副作用。本组为未经治疗的朝鲜男性与女性病人、年龄为21～70岁,其坐位舒张压为95～120mmHg(12.6～16.0-kPa)。以下情况不列为研究对象:①已知对卡托普利或HCTZ过敏者;②6月之内患有高血压脑病史或中风;③血肌酐水平>/(>132.8μmol/L)1.5mg/dl;④6月之之内患有心肌梗塞、或心绞痛大于纽约心脏协会二级者;⑤继发性高血压;⑥需
This study compared the curative effect and side effects of captopril (Kaidong, North Korea Squibb) in combination with hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) and Sisui Bao (North Korea) in Korean patients. This group of untreated male and female North Korean patients, aged 21 to 70 years old, the sitting diastolic pressure was 95 ~ 120mmHg (12.6 ~ 16.0-kPa). The following were not included as study subjects: ① people who were known to be allergic to captopril or HCTZ; ② had a history of stroke or stroke within 6 months; ③ serum creatinine level> / (132.8μmol / L) 1.5mg / dl; ④ within 6 months of suffering from myocardial infarction, or angina greater than the New York Heart Association II; ⑤ secondary hypertension;
