学校品牌是指学校建立或重新塑造一个品牌形象的过程和结果。学校的定位、学校的特色、教育科研问题、教学与管理、学校形象提升、校园文化、办学理念、资源重组等。对学校来说,品牌是学校的一面旗帜,它体现了优质的学校管理,也是向社会、家长、学生做出的质量保证;对学生和家长来说,选择一所学校的品牌,就是选择了优质的教育;对社会而言,学校品牌的存在,将影响到社会主流文化的潮流。实践证明:学校品牌不仅可以使学校不断提升办学品位,而且可以带来更多的社会效益,这就给学校管理者提出了新的办学理念——学校品牌与经营。
