目的 考察我院生产的医用无菌骨蜡临床疗效。方法 选取 1994年～ 2 0 0 1年 12月沈阳军区总医院神经外科、心血管外科及胸外科和骨科四个科室需手术治疗的住院患者。共入选符合条件的患者 10 2 86例 (男性 5 779人 ,女性 4 5 0 7人 ) ,平均年龄 (4 2 .7± 2 8.3)岁 (1岁～ 94岁 )。在手术时以医用无菌骨蜡进行松质骨断端出血处止血 ,观察疗效、术后反应及切口愈合情况 ,统计满意及不满意率。结果 医用无菌骨蜡适用于多种手术中松质骨断端的止血 ,止血效果理想。应用后治疗满意率 99.1% (效果良好者 93.4 % ,微量分泌物者 5 .7% ) ;切口愈合不良 ,不满意率 0 .9%。结论 医用无菌骨蜡性能安全、效果理想、使用方便、价格低廉 ,完全可以替代进口骨蜡用于外科手术中松质骨断端出血处的止血
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of medical sterile bone wax produced in our hospital. Methods Inpatients with surgical treatment of four departments of neurosurgery, cardiovascular surgery and thoracic surgery and orthopedics in Shenyang Military Region General Hospital from December 1994 to December 2001 were selected. A total of 10,286 eligible patients (5,779 males and 457 females) were enrolled. The mean age was (42.7 ± 2 8.3) years (range, 1 year to 94 years). At the time of surgery, medical sterilized bone wax was used to stop the bleeding of the cancellous bone at the stump end to observe the curative effect, postoperative reaction and wound healing, and the results were satisfactory and dissatisfied. Results The medical sterilized bone wax is suitable for hemostasis of the cancellous bone ends in a variety of operations, and the hemostatic effect is satisfactory. Application satisfaction rate of 99.1% (good effect of 93.4%, trace secretions 5.7%); incision poor healing, unsatisfactory rate of 0.9%. Conclusion The medical sterilized bone wax is safe, effective, easy to use and low in price, which can completely replace imported bone wax for hemostasis at the stump end of cancellous bone during surgery
