目的:分析消化内科在护理方面存在的风险因素,并制定对应的护理方案。方法:选择医院2015年7月~2016年9月收治的88例消化内科患者进行研究,平均分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者针对护理工作中的不安全因素,采取针对性的护理预防措施,比较两组患者的护理风险和医疗纠纷发生率。结果:观察组患者的护理风险事件医疗纠纷事件明显较少,与对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:医护人员专业知识欠缺、风险预防意识薄弱、工作马虎未按照标准流程操作、服务意识差、病情观察不全面、药物使用不正确是导致消化内科护理管理风险事件的主要因素,采取相应的护理干预,可有效降低护理管理风险,提升护理满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the risk factors in the nursing of gastroenterology and to develop corresponding nursing plans. Methods: A total of 88 patients with gastroenterology admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to September 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing care.
