HPLC测定毛叶香茶菜中迷迭香酸和冬凌草甲素含量

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定毛叶香茶菜中迷迭香酸和冬凌草甲素含量的方法。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:1 m L·min?1,检测波长:239 nm,柱温30℃。结果迷迭香酸和冬凌草甲素的线性范围分别为9.53~4 765 ng和13.66~6 830 ng,平均加样回收率分别为103.3%和95.8%,RSD%分别为1.4%和1.9%。结论该法简便、稳定、可靠、耐用性良好,可用于毛叶香茶菜的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of rosmarinic acid and oridonin in Mizushaocha. Methods Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with gradient elution with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL · min -1. The detection wavelength was 239 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results The linear ranges of rosmarinic acid and oridonin were 9.53 ~ 4 765 ng and 13.66 ~ 6 830 ng, respectively. The average recoveries were 103.3% and 95.8% respectively, with RSDs of 1.4% and 1.9%, respectively . Conclusion The method is simple, stable, reliable, durable and can be used for the quality control of the Moccasin.
