目的建立用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定黄明胶中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铬6种有害元素含量的方法。方法微波消解法处理黄明胶样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定样品中6种元素的含量。结果 6种元素线性关系良好(r≥0.999 0);检出限为0.010~0.067μg·L?1;加样回收率为92.6%~110.9%,RSD<10%。结论该方法准确、灵敏、简便,可用于黄明胶中有害元素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 6 kinds of harmful elements such as lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, copper and chromium in yellow gelatin by microwave digestion - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods The samples of yellow gelatin were treated by microwave digestion, and the contents of six elements in the samples were determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results The linear relationship between the six elements was good (r≥0.999 0). The detection limit was 0.010 ~ 0.067 μg · L -1. The recoveries were 92.6% ~ 110.9% with RSD <10%. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and simple and can be used to determine the content of harmful elements in yellow gelatin.
