“没有个性的教师,就不会有个性化的课堂,也就教不出有个性的学生。”在新课程的实施中,高密市东关小学深切地体会到了这一点,因此提出了“个性教学育个性”的口号。因为教师无个性,就不会有新的教学思路,课堂教学也就不会有活力。 由此出发,学校要求:只要课堂教学的目标把握住了,教学方式的选择、教学环节的设置等都由教师自主选择。在一系列的研究课中,学校从不给教师打分,允许教师有失败的课,让教师放开手脚,大胆尝试,在尝试中寻找感觉,走向成功。现在,东关小学的不少教师已逐步形成自己的教学风格,课堂教学异彩纷呈,生机勃勃。
