珠芽紫堇水提物100~1600mg/kg ig对实验性各期炎症有不同程度的抑制作用。对角叉菜诱发足浮肿有量效相关的抑制作用;对血管通透性亢进亦有量效相关的抑制作用;对啤酒酵母引起的痛阈降低有提高阈值作用;对肉芽组织增殖有一定抑制。
Zhuqi Purpura water extract 100 ~ 1600mg/kg ig have different degrees of inhibition of the experimental inflammation. There is a dose-response inhibitory effect on carrageenan-induced foot edema; there is a dose-effect inhibitory effect on vascular hyperactivity; a threshold effect on the decrease of pain threshold caused by beer yeast; and a certain inhibition of granulation tissue proliferation. .
