[目的]探究农废热解液与银法利混用对辣椒疫病的防病作用及机理。[方法]纸片法进行室内抑菌试验;盆栽试验进行防病试验和测叶绿素含量及相关防疫酶活性。[结果]25 m L/L的农废热解液与银法利混配有明显的协同增效作用。盆栽防病试验结果表明,25 m L/L农废热解液和1.67 m L/L银法利混配的防效最高,达84.85%;其次为25 m L/L农废热解液和1.25 m L/L银法利混配的和1.67 m L/L银法利的防效,其结果进一步说明农废热解液的增效作用。用农废热解液浸泡种子和生长期叶面喷雾的辣椒植株叶绿素含量、CAT、POD、SOD酶活性最高,分别是对照的1.36、23.32、1.56、1.46倍。[结论]农废热解液与银法利混配有明显的协同增效作用;喷施和浸种农废热解液有利于辣椒植株防御酶活性和叶绿素含量提高。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the anti-disease effect and mechanism of mixture of agricultural waste pyrolytic solution and silver pyridium on pepper blight. [Method] The paper antibacterial test was carried out by the paper method. The pot experiment was conducted to test the disease prevention and measure the chlorophyll content and the activity of the relevant anti-epidemic enzymes. [Result] The mixture of 25 m L / L agricultural waste pyrolysis liquid and silver pyrrole had obvious synergies. The results of pot experiment showed that the control effect of 25 m L / L agricultural wastes and 1.67 m L / L silver fliud was 84.85%, followed by that of 25 m L / L agricultural wastes and 1.25 m L / L silver Farley mixture and 1.67 m L / L Silver Farley’s control effect, the results further illustrate the synergistic effect of agricultural and side-solution pyrolysis liquid. The chlorophyll content, CAT, POD and SOD activities of the soaked pepper seeds and the leaf-sprayed pepper plants during the growing period were the highest, which were 1.36, 23.32, 1.56 and 1.46 times of the control, respectively. [Conclusion] The synergistic effect of the mixture of agricultural and wastes pyrolyzate and silver pyrolyzate was obvious. Spraying and soaking the industrial and agricultural waste pyrolysis liquid was beneficial to the increase of defense enzyme activity and chlorophyll content of pepper plants.
