重视和加强思想政治工作,是企业的优良传统和政治优势,是贯彻党的路线方针政策,实现党的纲领的有力保证。在深化改革新时期,随着胜利油田各项工作的稳步推进和改革的逐步深入,基层员工的人生观、价值观、幸福观等,都会受到方方面面的影响,甚至发生很大变化。面对新形势,如何延续光大基层思想政治工作这一优良传统和政治优势呢?笔者有以下几点思考。

In the face of the new situation, how to carry forward the excellent traditions and political advantages of the ideological and political work at the grassroots level? I have the following points.
