渭政办发[2006]85号2006年6月2日各县、市、区人民政府,市人民政府有关部门,渭南高新区管委会:《渭南市石油价格改革中央财政补贴资金发放办法》已经市政府同意,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。石油价格改革是国家的战略性决策。石油价格改革中央财政补贴,是指国家财政对部分弱势群体和公益性行业用油予以一定的价格补贴。各县市区政府和市政府各有关部门要充分认识这项工作的重要性和紧迫性,认真细致、扎扎实实地做好财政补贴资金的兑现工作,确保这次石油价格改革的顺利实施。
