The State Environmental Protection Administration’s Foreign Cooperation Center hosted and held seminars in Beijing on July 31-August 2 and September 11-12 for two “Outline for the Development of China’s ODS Alternatives Program”. The purpose of the meeting is to clarify the guidelines and major tasks for this research work. While eliminating the production and consumption of CFCs, the development plan for alternatives should be arranged to ensure the healthy development of the substitute industry.
