Zhejiang Sanhuan Chemical Co., Ltd. is a private company. It was established in 1984 to produce CFC-12. After the promulgation of the “Protocol”, the direction of the company’s development has been changed to an ODS alternative. After the formulation of the “China ODS Phase-out National Plan”, it greatly encouraged the confidence of the enterprise, actively introduced high-tech talents, invested funds, researched and developed the production technology of ODS substitutes, and established a pilot plant. 1 Progress From 1994 to 1996, HCFC-141b/142b, HFC-143a, HFC-152a, and QW systems were successively developed and produced.
